July 13, 2009- My Multiple sclerosis update from Milford, PA. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in November of 2000. Lowered my blood pressure and weight through proper diet & exercise. Not taking any medication or drugs for weight loss & blood pressure. I am still running in the hot days in July, too!
