What topic would be best to do a biology in-depth research project?

I am have troubles choosing from multiple sclerosis and Huntington’s disease. They are both neurodegenerating diseases and i believe i can find good amounts of info on each topic. However, in your opinion, which do u believe is more interesting and will make a better research topic. My project will require me to write many pages.
